At Bamford Croquet, we pride ourselves on delivering our products quickly, securely, and reliably to players around the world.
Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide from our UK workshop.
- If your country is not listed at checkout, please email support@bamfordcroquet.com or a custom quote.
Shipping Times
- UK Orders: 3–5 working days
- EU Orders: 5–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–10 working days
- Rest of World: 12–14 working days
All deliveries are tracked, insured, and require a signature on arrival.
Shipping Costs
- For all orders, costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Any applicable local duties or taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
- If you purchase a pre-order or made-to-order product, the estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page.
- We will keep you updated by email as your item moves through production.
Shipping Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bamfordcroquet.com ithin 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
