30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

• You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, packaging and manuals included.
• To begin a return, contact us at support@bamfordcroquet.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• If you need to exchange for the same item, email support@bamfordcroquet.com
   and we will provide instructions.

Warranty

• All Bamford Croquet products carry a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
• This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.
• Shipping Costs for Returns
• For UK returns under our 30-day guarantee, we provide a prepaid returns label.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
